Thank you for your interest in hosting a large party at Love, Makoto! As we have different restaurants located inside Love, Makoto the information below will help you decide the best option for your group.

Dear Sushi is an omakase experience that celebrates both traditional and envelope-pushing takes on sushi. The omakase starts with seasonal snacks, moves into several sushi courses that showcase both traditional and Chef Makoto’s modern takes, then ends with a dessert. Beyond the omakase menu, diners can order optional upgrades and add-ons to enhance the experience.

• Confirmation of reservation will be based on availability
• 2 Hour Time limit on the table, additional time is available at additional cost
• Pre-Fix menu to be served Family Style selected at least 10 days before the event.
• 50% Deposit of the total estimated charges to secure your reservation
  • Parties of 9-25 guests: $125pp++ and a $150 large-party fee for a 2-hour seating
  • Parties of 26+ guests a full buyout including a 2-hour room rental and a pre-selected menu including any enhancements needed.
    • Sunday–Wednesday buyout: $8,500++ food and beverage minimum plus a $500 room rental fee for a 2-hour event
    • Thursday–Saturday buyout: $10,500++ food and beverage minimum plus a $750 room rental fee for a 3-hour event

Beloved BBQ is a high-end yakiniku (Japanese steakhouse) with smokeless grills at the center of each table where diners can grill their own Japanese Wagyu and American-raised beef. Yakiniku omakase includes several side plates, either Japanese or American beef, and a dessert. As with sushi, diners can order optional upgrades and add-ons to enhance the experience.

  • Parties of 37+ guests a full buyout including a 2-hour room rental and a pre-selected menu including any enhancements needed.
    • Sunday–Wednesday buyout: $10,500++ food and beverage minimum plus a $500 room rental fee for a 2-hour event
    • Thursday–Saturday buyout: $13,500++ food and beverage minimum plus a $750 room rental fee for a 3-hour event

Hiya Izakaya is a high-energy Japanese bar with whisky highballs and other inspired cocktails plus sake, beer and wine. Japanese bar foods on offer include skewers and bites prepared over a robata grill. Fantastic for office parties, gatherings of friends and other casual celebrations!

• 2 Hour Time limit on the table, additional time is available at additional cost
• First Round Food Orders needed to quickly assist in having dishes available to your guests OR full catering menu order is highly suggested for all groups
• 50% Deposit of the total estimated charges to secure your reservation
  • For parties of 9-50 guests: $50pp++ and a $150 large party fee for a 2-hour seating
  • 1 Section of the Izakaya will be Dedicated to your Group
• Parties requiring a full buyout of Hiya Izakaya, a 2-hour room rental and a pre-selected menu including any additional enhancements.
  • Sunday–Wednesday buyout: $3,500++ food and beverage minimum plus a $500 room rental fee for a 2-hour event
  • Thursday–Saturday buyout: $4,200++ food and beverage minimum plus a $750 room rental fee for a 3-hour event

Private Dining Room

• Confirmation of reservation will be based on availability
• 2 Hour Time limit in the room, additional time is available at additional cost
• Pre-Fix menu to be selected at least 10 days before the event.
• 50% Deposit of the total estimated charges to secure your reservation
• Up to 30 guests seated or 50 guests reception style
  • Sunday-Wednesday buyout: $1,800++ food and beverage minimum plus a $300 room rental fee for 2-hour event
  • Thursday-Saturday buyout: $2,100++ food and beverages minimum plus a $500 room rental fee for 3-hour event

For bookings up to eight guests at Dear Sushi or up to six guests at Beloved BBQ, please visit our RESY page to check availability. If nothing comes up for the date and time you request, we are unfortunately booked for that size party. Your options are then to:
